I’m a freelance creative director and writer living in the remote community of Načiks (colonially known as Tofino) on the west coast of Vancouver Island. After years in traditional advertising agencies in Toronto and Vancouver, I moved to freelance to enjoy more work-life balance and explore creative ways of working that feel fulfilling, rather than simply feeding the machine of capitalism.

Now, I help people and brands discover and define what matters to them, communicate their messages clearly and effectively, and show up consistently. Whether that’s by creating the brand itself – the positioning, personality, tone of voice, etc. – or by crafting compelling copy that connects with their audience. My ideal clients are folks who see growth not as linear more-more-more (more money, more customers, more products, etc.), but as a multidimensional betterment over time.
